How befitting for this night…

Today did not turn out to be the day I thought it would be. Certainly not the day I wanted it to be… no one wants days like these. I wish it could have only been a bad day for one person… not two people.

Have courage for the great sorrows of life and patience for the small ones; and when you have laboriously accomplished your daily task, go to sleep in peace. God is awake.
